2 men dead in Waldo wrong-way crash


WALDO, Fla. – Two men died in a crash involving three vehicles Thursday night in the Waldo area, Florida Highway Patrol said.

The deadly crash happened around 7:28 p.m. on U.S. 301 near Northeast 177th Place.

Troopers said Jordan Suarez, 21, from Graham was traveling northbound when he drove across the center median and into the opposite direction of traffic. FHP said his BMW collided with two vehicles on the southbound side.

One of the cars hit was driven by Richard Kissal, 67, who died at the scene. Suarez was also killed in the wreck, according to FHP.
