Private ambulance transporting patient overturns in crash with truck on Northside

An ambulance transporting a patient was involved in a crash Tuesday on the Northside. (WJXT)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Several people were injured Tuesday morning when a private ambulance transporting a patient collided with a truck on the Northside, according to Jacksonville Fire and Rescue.
The crash was reported at Edgewood Avenue and New Kings Road.

In addition to the original patient in the ambulance, two others suffered minor injuries in the crash, JFRD said.
Multiple units from JFRD were called to the scene.
