A crash on Atlantic Boulevard closed part of the road between Library Road and Monument Road after a crash early Tuesday morning.
Downed wires caused by that crash were to blame. Around 6:40 a.m. traffic did not appear to be an issue.
Around 6:30 a.m. the westbound lanes and one eastbound lane opened. JSO and JEA are working to clear the crash.
