NWS confirms 2 tornadoes touched down in west Jacksonville on Sunday, damaged 20-30 homes

The National Weather Service confirmed on Monday that two tornadoes touched down on Sunday in west Jacksonville. The Peacock Ridge neighborhood saw an EF-1 tornado, with winds up to 100 mph and it was on the ground just over a mile. An EF-0, with winds up to 85 mph, touched down near Normandy Blvd. for about a mile.
