1 of 3 arrested after shootout, attempted robbery at abandoned home with illegal weed ‘dispensary’

One of the three men caught on surveillance in an attempted home invasion robbery that led to a midday shootout in Northwest Jacksonville was arrested. New details give more insight into the incident between three would-be robbers and a man inside a home on 6th Avenue on Jan. 22. A police report obtained by the News4JAX I-TEAM showed the victim was running an illegal cannabis dispensary inside the abandoned home when three armed suspects attempted to rob him.
