Local mental health provider reports surge in calls since conflict in Iran began

Since Feb. 28, what officials describe as an escalation in hostilities involving the United States, Israel and Iran has had ripple effects across the United States, from the stock market to gasoline prices and residents’ mental health.  There is also a deeper safety concern for families with loved ones overseas and for military communities near local bases.
