Bradford County commissioners to decide if warehouse will convert to ICE detention center

Bradford County commissioners are meeting Thursday night to decide whether to move forward with a plan to convert a county-owned warehouse into a temporary ICE detention facility capable of housing up to 3,000 detainees.
