River City Science Academy teacher arrested, accused of ‘grooming’ student using messages on Canva

A River City Science Academy teacher was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony counts alleging he solicited a romantic relationship with a student and unlawfully used a communication device, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
