Man who plowed truck into Palatka block party released from hospital, booked into Clay County jail

 A 36-year-old man from Palatka who plowed a pick-up truck into the crowd at a block party, injuring multiple bystanders and damaging several vehicles, including a patrol car, has been released from the hospital and was booked into the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, officials said.
