Pecan Park Flea Market is closing this fall after selling for $8.5 million

The remaining 20 acres of Pecan Park Flea & Farmers Market, a 40-year-old landmark on Jacksonville's Northside, has been sold for $8.55 million to a group that plans to redevelop the property. The market’s last day open to the public is Sept. 27.
