Crime Stoppers offers $5K award for arrest of juveniles involved in deadly dog abuse case

First Coast Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 award for anyone with information that leads to the arrest of the juveniles involved in the abusive incident that led to the death of a Chihuahua-mix dog.
