News4JAX+ at 10 a.m.: New Florida law requires student athletes to get EKGs

A new Florida law will require student athletes to receive an EKG before they can play in high school sports. It's called the "Second Chance Act", named after Chance Gainer, a senior at Port St. Joe High School in the Florida panhandle, collapsed during a football game last September. It's an effort to detect any undiagnosed heart conditions in student athletes. Pediatric cardiologist Doctor Rajesh Shenoy joins us this morning.
