As America turns 250, veterans reflect on the true meaning of freedom

As America approaches its 250th birthday, more than 16 million veterans are living in the U.S. today — but the country's connection to military service is shrinking. Pew Research finds only about one in 10 Americans has served in the military, down from nearly one in five in the 1980s. As the nation celebrates freedom, News4JAX spoke with those who defended it.
