5 accused in fake Republican voter guide scheme during 2024 St. Johns County primary

Five people — including two sitting St. Johns County commissioners and a former St. Augustine Beach mayor — have been charged in connection with an alleged fake Republican voter guide distributed during the 2024 primary election, according to charging documents filed Monday in the 7th Judicial Circuit Court.
