JAA votes to sue city of Jacksonville, claiming Council overstepped authority on airport budget

The Jacksonville Aviation Authority board voted Thursday to approve a resolution that could lead to a lawsuit against the City of Jacksonville — but before anything is filed in court, board members agreed to a 30-day mediation window to see if the dispute can be resolved without litigation.
