JSO makes 31st arrest in 'Operation Checkmate'

A 41-year-old man was arrested Friday in connection with “Operation Checkmate,” a multi-day Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office investigation targeting people who use the internet to solicit children for sex, the sheriff’s office said.
