JSO now reviewing HomeGoods incident involving a man accused of touching himself inside store

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says detectives are now actively investigating a case involving a woman who says she was followed through a River City Marketplace HomeGoods by a man who was sexually gratifying himself while watching her.
