Neighbor calls for greater gun safety vigilance after JSO says 2-year-old accidentally shot himself

A neighbor urged greater vigilance in teaching gun safety around children after a 2-year-old boy died in what the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said was an accidental shooting inside a Northside home.
