FortifyFL tip leads to arrests of 2 St. Johns County teens found with explosives, homemade guns

Two St. Johns County teenagers are facing felony charges after a tip to FortifyFL led investigators to what officials described as homemade firearms, explosive components and plans to commit an armed robbery.
