Split decision: St. Johns County certifies two agricultural enclaves, delays third vote

The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners approved two agricultural enclave certifications Tuesday in back-to-back 3-2 votes, opening the door to thousands of new homes in one of Florida’s fastest-growing counties. A third, larger application was continued to Sept. 1 for additional review.
