Policy analyst discusses Trump’s move to curtail U.S.-South Korea military drills

North Korea mocked South Korea for being a US “puppet” after President Trump curtailed joint military drills between the U.S. and South Korea. And it launched a barrage of missiles toward the sea after dismissing the overture from Trump.
