Brian Wilker Orr, 42, a teacher at Darnell-Cookman School of the Medical Arts, is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly slapping a student on the buttocks and sending a deeply disturbing email to students and school employees, according to his Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
