JTA committee to discuss mayor's decision to shake up board of directors

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority Rules Committee is expected to discuss a resolution Monday that was filed by Mayor Donna Deegan to replace treasurer Megan Hayward on JTA’s Board of Directors.
