Connor's Law inspired by deadly crash involving St. Johns County teen

There is a renewed interest in a bill that would require basic English-language proficiency in order to get a Commercial Driver's License. It's called Connor's Law and was inspired by a St. Johns County teenager who was killed in a 2017 traffic crash involving an tractor-trailer.
