Florida House District 14 sits within Duval County, stretching from Brooklyn and downtown north to include a sliver of Northwest Jacksonville and much of the Northside east of Lem Turner Road and south of Interstate 295 as well as Arlington and part of the Southside north of the Hart Expressway to Beach Boulevard and west of Southside Boulevard.
Democratic incumbent Kimberly Daniels won the August primary. No other candidates had entered the race, so the primary became a Universal Primary Contest, and Daniels was re-elected.

What do you see as the top three issues in this race, and how do you plan to address them?
Affordable housing, job security, and public health and safety.
How can you help voters in a way that others running for this office cannot?
Through experience, results, and passion for my constituents, I have been able to pass bills and raise millions of dollars for my community. I also thank God for the opportunity to visit our prison system and to spearhead services for those incarcerated and their families. My unique background as a war veteran also gives me insight on how to meet the needs of Floridian veterans, who have greatly benefited from disability workshops that I have sponsored with the veterans’ administration.
What would you hope to be remembered for accomplishing after serving in this office?
I hope to be remembered as an elected official that my constituents can trust.
