What do you see as the top three issues in this race, and how do you plan to address them?
-Possible loss of homestead property tax revenues
>Explain to legislature the departments and services impossible to fund due to revenue stream loss. Request assistance as a fiscally constrained county from the State to continue funding said services.
-Florida Senate Bill 180 restricting local governments from amending comprehensive plans
> Requesting legislature introduce and pass separate legislation amending the bill in its current form.
-Inflation and rising cost to fund services
> Encourage business growth in the County to offset cost and prevent special assessment increases.
How can you help voters in a way that others running for this office cannot?
My deep roots and love for this county as well as my devotion to it’s citizens and current experience in this position.
What would you hope to be remembered for accomplishing after serving in this office?
Having a strong personal connection to the citizens. Always standing for whats right. Looking out for the best interest of Union County and its citizens.
