Becoming breezy, a few showers possible

TODAY

Partly cloudy with near seasonal temperatures.  The sea breeze is on the move and will bring a slight chance of showers this afternoon as it pushes across northeast Florida.  Breezy, especially along our beaches, where swimmers will have to be cautious due to high Rip Current risks.

Wednesday:  A windy Wednesday with near seasonal temperatures following the cold front.  Showers will be possible this afternoon, mainly after 1 pm, 20 percent.  Afternoon highs in the low 80s inland , 70s along our sandy shores.  Wind NE 10-20 mph, gusts to 25 mph.

Thursday:  Sunny, mild and windy.  Wake up temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s inland, mid to upper 60s along our beaches.  Afternoon highs in the upper 70s to low 80s, 70s along our beaches.  Wind NE 15-20 with stronger gusts.  Clear and cool overnight.

Looking ahead:  Sunny to partly cloudy skies as the onshore flow continues with near seasonal temperatures.  A windy end to the week will continue the high Risk of Rip Currents.
