Some fog tonight and even more warmth ahead

Thursday night forecast

Temps have remained warm this evening, and mild conditions are expected overnight. Some fog will develop in western areas towards daybreak, with morning temps in the upper 50s.

The warm stretch continues to close out the workweek Friday. Partly cloudy skies will develop with more dry air in place. Highs for Friday will be in the low 80s.

Rain chances begin to return for the weekend. A very isolated shower is possible Saturday as a frontal boundary moves in. Temps will be in the mid 70s.

Sunday will feature slightly higher rain chances but most will be dry. Highs for Sunday will be in the mid 70s.

Cooler weather does return to start next week as the front finally exits the area. Temps to start next week will be in the low 70s.

A stronger storm system will likely move toward the area for the back end of next week.
