Cooling showers fade, the heat continues

The Heat Advisory has expired for tonight.  A few showers will cool off areas of SE GA through around 10 p.m.  Another Heat Advisory is expected tomorrow and possible again Tuesday.

Tonight:  Showers will fade across SE GA around 10 p.m. for northern Ware county and near the FL/GA line at Fargo.  Partly cloudy, warm and dry.  Temperatures will hover in the 80s.

Monday:  Heat Advisories likely.  Hot and humid with morning lows in the mid to upper 70s.    Highs in the mid to upper 90s with a heat index of 104 to 110 degrees.  Wind S/SE 10-15 mph.  A few showers with storms will be possible 12 p.m. - 7 p.m., 30-40 percent.

Looking ahead.  Possible Heat Advisory on the Fourth of July with scattered showers, storms from 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.  Rounds or rain return Wednesday and continue through the rest of the week.
