Another function of vitamin D is to help the absorption of calcium and phosphorus for strong bones and teeth. So not only does vitamin D help you smile, it helps your smile too.
Sunny skies and warmer conditions continue through Saturday, so keep smiling. The breeze will increase through the day on Saturday as another cold front approaches.
Sunday will bring increasing rain chances with some isolated thunderstorms and windy conditions, especially along the beaches. Rain chances will steadily increase after noon and continue through Monday.
