Sunday is a sunshine daydream across Northeast Florida

The morning began with a bit of cool air, but temperatures are rising quickly.

Highs today will be in the lower 80s under mostly sunny skies. High cirrus clouds won’t provide much shade. A slight breeze could add some relief, as well as a sea breeze at the coast this afternoon.

Tonight, temperatures will stay in the upper 70s until after sunset at 7:54 p.m., then drop into the mid-60s. Clear skies overnight, yet staying in the mid-50s through Monday morning.

Highs for the week will be in the mid-to-upper 80s, peaking on Thursday and Friday close to 90!

Hazards today: High UV index, moderate rip current risk in the ocean.

The next chance of rain is Saturday.
