Tuesday: Soaking rainfall could lead to more flooding. Elevated rain chances will continue as soaking rain prompts flooding concerns. Morning lows in the upper 60s to low 70s for SE GA, 70s across NE FL. Afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s. Rain chances will increase through the day across NE FL with partly cloudy skies and a few showers for SE GA. Chance of rain for NE FL, 60-80 percent. Rain chances for SE GA, 20-30 percent. Wind: NE 5-15 mph, stronger gusts.

Tropics: Francine has formed in the Gulf of Mexico, heading toward Louisiana. Two other areas to watch in the Atlantic.
