A Frosty Start to Tuesday, Rain Returns Wednesday

Clear skies and light wind will allow freezing and frosty temperatures through early Tuesday. A Freeze Warning for northern Ware and Pierce counties in SE GA and Frost Advisory will be in effect from 2 am - 8 am. Warmer tomorrow with increasing clouds late. Widespread rain chances return Wednesday followed by a chilly end to the week.

Tuesday: Freeze Warning for northern Ware and Pierce counties from 2 a.m. - 8 a.m., Frost Advisory for inland Southeast Georgia and inland Northeast Florida, near and along I-10 from 2 a.m. - 8 am. Patchy fog with frost will start the day, then become sunny and warmer. Wake-up temperatures in the 30s and 40s. Sunny skies with afternoon highs in the 60s to low 70s. Cloudy skies late with increasing rain chances Wednesday.

Wednesday: Increasing rain chances with widespread rain and isolated storms, 80 -100 percent. Rainfall totals of 1-2 inches are possible for SE GA, 0.50 - 1.0 inch for NE FL.

Looking ahead: The cold front will bring less than seasonal temperatures through the rest of the week and this weekend. A slight chance of showers on Sunday.
