Tropical Storm Gabrielle is currently no threat to land, moving WNW at 15 mph approximately 900 miles east of the northern Leeward Islands.
Increasing intensification is expected over the weekend, but it remains poorly organized as it encounters strong wind shear.

The tropics are wishy-washy behind Tropical Storm Gabrielle.
What started as two additional waves to watch is now basically one. The first has 0% chance of development over the next 2-7 days, while the second one is closer to 20%.
Keep in mind, the second one is still forecast to move off the coast of Africa. Slow development is possible WNW into the central tropical Atlantic.
