JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – While the Jaguars play later Sunday in Denver under sunny, warm (for Colorado in December) temperatures, we’ll be experiencing very nice weather here in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
Under partly cloudy skies, the first day of winter will begin on the chilly side with some patchy fog. Once the fog clears, sunny conditions and fall-like feels will be in the air.
Highs in the low 70s are expected in Northeast Florida and upper 60s in Southeast Georgia as a mild, dry cold front passes through.
There’s a slight chance of very isolated showers on Monday, but otherwise, conditions remain dry through Christmas.
But sadly, not a white Christmas for us with temperatures expected to reach the mid-70s by Thursday afternoon.
