JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Sunday started with some lingering mistiness and patchy fog in spots, but partly cloudy conditions will settle in just in time for the Jaguars last home football game of the regular season.
The cold front that passed through on Saturday brought much-needed rainfall to the region, with up to half an inch recorded at Jacksonville International Airport.
In its wake, we’ll have cooler temperatures on Sunday under partly cloudy skies before another warm-up this week. Expect temperatures in the lower to mid-60s throughout Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida.
Dry weather and above-normal temperatures begin the first full week of January. Light winds from the northeast turn southwesterly by mid-week, ushering in temperatures close to 80! Otherwise, the 70s are back, along with mornings in the 50s.
