We will be close to record values today with warmer afternoon highs expected on Wednesday. Record highs will be possible tomorrow. The record is 89, set in 1967. Temperatures will return to near seasonal averages on Friday. Clearing skies and seasonal temperatures are expected on Friday with increasing rain chances on Sunday.

Speaking of rain, the front moving through on Thursday will bring beneficial rain with models showing 0.50 to 1.0 inch averages. Some areas could see more, as slow-moving thunderstorms will be possible.

The front that arrives on Sunday and Monday will bring an increasing chance of showers with cooler temperatures early next week.
