Today has been breezy and cool, with current temperatures in the 60s, from the sandy shores to I-75. It’ll be a bit warmer tomorrow with near-seasonal highs to start Spring. Temperatures will continue to rise into early next week, approaching record highs.
Another cold front will pass through starting Tuesday, bringing slightly cooler temperatures and a few showers possible on Wednesday. The temperature roller coaster continues next week, with highs in the 80s followed by a cooling trend.

Friday: Spring begins at 10:46 a.m., with patchy fog and cooler-than-average morning lows, followed by near-seasonal temperatures under mostly sunny skies. A breezy northeast wind will persist at 10-15 mph. Morning lows will be in the 30s and 40s for southeast Georgia, and in the 40s and 50s for northeast Florida. Afternoon highs will reach the 70s inland and the 60s along the beaches. The night will be mostly clear and cool.
Weekend: It’s a great weekend to get outside. Expect plenty of sunshine during the day with cool evenings and chilly morning lows. Saturday’s highs will hover around the mid-80s, with Sunday nearing 90. The record for Sunday is 90 degrees, set in 1935.
