JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A FLOOD WATCH remains in effect for western Columbia County (along and west of I-75) through Monday. Those locations have the best chance of seeing several inches of rain through early next week.
A front will remain near our area on Monday, which will keep widespread showers and storms in the forecast.
Highs for the day will be in the mid to upper 80s.
Isolated instances of flooding will be possible once again due to the slow movement of the activity.
Make sure to keep an eye to the sky and storms could develop rapidly. Activity will eventually dissipate later in the evening.
The front will remain near our area on Tuesday. Scattered showers and storms will remain in the forecast thanks to tropical moisture moving in from the Gulf. Highs for the day will be near 90 degrees.
