Organization breaks ground on 34 more housing units to help those experiencing homelessness in Clay County

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. โ€“ Nearly three dozen housing units meant to help people keep a safe, clean and affordable roof over their heads are in the works in Clay County.

It will be called Mercy Village.

Mercy Support Services is one of the only organizations in Clay County working toward solutions for families experiencing or facing homelessness.

They say they do so by providing supportive housing while program participants are in a self-sufficiency program.
