Air travel has been in a state of chaos. Not only have you had cancellations from Delta, United, and others over the past couple of days, but Spirit Airlines is also grounded.

Spirit ended operations after its financial collapse.

Travel industry analyst Katy Nastro joined us on The Morning Show to explain what travelers need to know right now.

Nastro says passengers have been left scrambling for options since Spirit, the pioneering budget airline, shut down over the weekend.

And she added that there is a lot of confusion.

She shared what recourse there is for those passengers left stranded and holding tickets to travel in the future.
