Police: Man had ongoing medical condition

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Victor Zanders was taken to the hospital Oct. 4 and admitted for an ongoing medical condition.
He remained there until he died Monday.
Zanders had been incarcerated March 20, 2013, on drug-related charges.
Police said no foul play is suspected.
