Starting May, the restaurant will start using the tablets nationwide

ORLANDO, Fl. – Olive Garden is adding tablets to its restaurants for ordering. Orlando Sentinel reports, customers can use the tablets for orderings drinks and food.
Tablets are already being used in some of its Central Florida restaurants as part of a test run. Starting in May customers will notice the tablets in the restaurants. The Orlando-based Darden Restaurant wants to add tablets to all of its U.S. Restaurants. The company has 845 restaurants throughout the country.

Customers will have the option to order drinks and appetizers from the tablet. Customers have to order entrees through the wait staff. They will be able to order desserts with the tablet.
Customers can also use the tablet to pay for the meal, including being able to split the tab; and play games.
Olive Garden isn't the first restaurant to use the table tablets.
