Missing Orlando girl found safe Alvedra Herbert last seen by family in Orlando on Monday No description found
ORLANDO, Fla. – Police on Thursday said they have located the 17-year-old Orlando girl and the Amber Alert issued last Wednesday night was canceled.
Details on what led to the girl's disappearance have not been released, but Orlando police say officers were with her.
Alvedra Herbert was was reported missing after not returning home since Monday.
Police said Herbert was dropped off by a friend at an unknown male's home, but that she has had some contact with friends. However, her safety was not known and police considered her endangered.
Police had said Herbert might be in the Jacksonville area, but where she was located Thursday was not released.
