If convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison on the attempted enticement charge. The advertising and attempted production charges each carry a penalty of at least 15 years, up to 30 years, in federal prison.

Stoune has been in custody since his arrest on April 21, 2015.

An indictment is merely a formal charge that a defendant has violated one or more federal criminal laws, and every defendant is presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty.

This case was investigated by the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
