Silver Alert canceled after missing Green Cove Springs couple found

GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. – A Silver Alert issued for a Green Cove Springs couple was canceled Tuesday after they were found, the Clay County Sheriff's Office announced.

Arthur Lee Rainer, 94, and Janet Rainer, 84, were reormissing, deputies said.

Mr. Rainer has signs of dementia. Mrs. Rainer suffers from Alzheimer’s.

They were believed to be in the Tampa/St. Pete area.

Deputies later said the couple was back home in Green Cove Springs.
