Ex-Latitude 360 CEO facing criminal charges in Pennsylvania

Arrest warrant issued for Brent Brown

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney’s Office has issued an arrest warrant for the former CEO of Latitude 360.

The entertainment complex went bankrupt in Jacksonville, and the same thing happened in Pennsylvania.

Brent Brown is facing 34 criminal charges in connection to the closure of the his business, Latitude 360, in the Pittsburgh area. The charges include one count of theft of services and 33 counts of bad checks, which were written to former employees.

Brown isn’t facing any charges in Jacksonville at this point, but he has been sued by former employees and vendors.
