Troopers: St. Johns County patrol cruiser involved in crash

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol was sent to investigate a crash Thursday night involving a deputy with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash happened on Ocean Trace Road in St. Augustine. FHP said an SUV turned in front of a patrol cruiser.

The deputy and two people who were inside the SUV were taken to a hospital. All were said to have minor injuries.
