JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says two women were shot in a home invasion robbery on New Year’s Eve. Police say two men shot the women and it appears to be an isolated incident.
Police say the shooting happened at a home on University Boulevard North.

The women were taken to a hospital by Jacksonville Fire Rescue.
Robbery detectives are investigating the case.
