JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man from Pennsylvania was killed and a Macclenny man and child were hurt Tuesday in a head-on crash on Interstate 10.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the 20-year-old man from Macclenny was driving a pickup truck on I-10 East near U.S. 301 around 3 p.m. when for some reason, the truck crossed the median and entered westbound lanes.

The truck then collided with two other pickup trucks.

The Pennsylvania man, 61, driving one truck died and the man in the other truck, a 65-year-old from Mississippi, suffered minor injuries.

A 1-year-old girl in the truck with the Macclenny man suffered minor injuries and the man was in critical condition following the crash.

According to FHP, the child was wearing a seatbelt but the man was not.
